last cruise we took my DD17 had a hard time finding anything on the menu at dinner on our next trip in march could she just order some kind of steak insteadshe really loves ribeyes or filet mignon

Though not a filet mignon or a rib-eye, every night the menu has a "lighter fare" section that offers a sirloin steak. And if they do offer a cut of beef that interests her, it can be prepared to her liking (i.e., without sauces, etc).
