Italian Restaurants in EPCOT

What are the differences between the Italian restuarants in EPCOT?

WIll be travelling with DS3 and DS5 who can be a bit picky.

From what I understand Via Napoli specializes in pizza and does it quite well, although they have a few other offerings other than pizza. I think Tutta offers more of the traditional pasta dishes and such. Never tried either but hear good things about both.
