Bounceback offer

Hi,
Just arrived back from our vacation and wanted to let you know that I had a bounceback offer in my room at the Beach Club.

It was 35% off Deluxe Rooms and Villa's. There were select dates thru 2012.

I booked 2 rooms for next year.

We had one at WL. I called to book but I really wasn't sure who would be coming with me so they said I couldn't do it. I guess you can't make any changes once you book it. Oh well.....

We've made changes before. Unless somethings changed, I think you were misinformed.

I had no problem booking. I booked two rooms, two of my daughters and their friend want to come next year so I booked one room in my daughters name and one room in mine and put the two people who I thought would be staying in my room on my reservation.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't postive that we could come back so soon so it was not a big deal. The recorded message while you wait said, please have the names of all people on the reservation. When the agent came on, I said I would like to book but I didn't know exactly who would be on the reservation along with me. She said I would need that information. I'm sure if I had pushed it, I probably could have booked it but I let her answer bring me back to the reality that I shouldn't be booking another expensive vacation so soon!!

we had the same offer in our room at the Poly and Boardwalk last week. too bad we couldn't take advantage because we are going on a 2week hawaiian cruise in Sept.
