Where are the garden rooms at POR located? Are there any garden rooms near the food court or the pools?

There's no such thing as a garden room at POR. There are water view, standard and preferred rooms. The preferred rooms are near the food court and pools.

Disney did add a Garden View room to their 2012 options. These are not in a specific area, but are some of the "Standard View" rooms that have a nicer view. Standard View would now be things like the parking lot, where Garden View would be the courtyards and wooded areas. These are scattered throughout the resort.
