Coupon on counter service receipt?

When we were at WDW last December, they had coupons on many of the receipts from counter service restaurants for 25% off merchandise in certain stores before noon or so. I'm just wondering if any of the counter service restaurants are doing this this year for the holidays?

Yes, but ours was for 20%, they have to be redeemed before noon!
