Does that mean 190 days before the specific meal you want, or 190 days before you check into the resort? (I'm assuming the first one- but still having trouble visualizing WHEN I can call and make my ressies for a vacation starting on Sept. 15). I never was any good at math ;-)

You can make a ADR beginning 180 days from your check in day (staying only at a disney resort). You can make the ressies for up to 10 days after check in.

So, If my 180 mark is on January 1st and I'm staying until January 18th (wow.. what a dream!), then i can only make ADR's for January 1st through the 11th. I would have to call at the 180 day mark for January 12th on.

At least that's how I think it works! I've never stayed more than 8 days.

Jennifer describes it well. The plus 10 is confusing, but it basically means that you can call 180 days prior to your check in date to make ADRs for your check in day plus ten days after that-- instead of having to call back every day to make ADRs as each dining experience becomes 180 days out.

Thank you both - that makes perfect sense. Now I just have a grab a calendar and count back because I don't trust the online calculator I found, LOL Do their lines open at 8:00 am?

You can begin making reservations on line at 6 a.m. eastern and/or you can call beginning at 7 a.m. eastern.

Gotta love the confusing.....but I do know that by signing into the official WDW website and plugging in my reservation number for my trip - it actually tells me the day I can 1st make my ADRs. And since I'm on a 10 day trip in June - its in a few weeks and I can hopefully do it all in one day!!!
