Goofy Rollercoaster-open or closed?

Heading down in a few weeks. Is toon town open or closed? Is the goofy rollercoaster open or closed in Magic Kingdom?

Heather, Mickey's Toontown Fair is pernanently closed and will reopen as the Storybook Circus portion of the new Fantasyland in the spring. Goofy's Barnstormer will be rethemed as the Great Goofini coaster.

Thank you. Are there other area in Magic Kigdom that little ones (14 months old) can get down and burn some energy?

Don't forget there is a play area in Frontierland by Splash Mountain.

Tom Sawyer Island is also a good place to let the kiddies burn off some energy

It seemed like a lot of kids were burning off some energy in the interactive cue area of the Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. We used the Splash Mountain play area during our last trip. It's pretty small, though.
