Use Year ?

I was just on the DVC website. I have always banked unused points by my Nov 1st deadline. Now I see that all points must now be banked by March 2012. When did this change & how will it effect my making a reservation for next Oct 2012? Do I have any concerns regarding this change?

I just checked mine and It's still the same, April for a September use year. Not really sure why your's would change.

Your points should be in the use year you're traveling. So if you bank in March 2012, and your use year is August, they would be there for your October 2012. Does that make sense?

My use year is April & now points banking went from Nov to March.

I just spoke to member services 2 days ago to make sure any points for my April use year were banked as we will be traveling in Nov. and did not want to over look my banking deadline. Nov. is still my cut off date. You might want to call membeer services to double check.
