We are going to stop on the way to WDW on Black Friday. We are looking for a hotel for 3 adults around 70.00 (pre tax) somewhere between Palm Coast & Altamonte Springs. Do you have any places you like or would recomend.

We found the microtel inn in palm coast that looks nice for 70.00.

Priceline is often the best way to go for a stop-off hotel.

We actually just stayed at the Comfort Suites at the Ormond Beach/Destination Daytona exit last weekend. Very nice and I believe our govt rate was $70 and the AAA rate is $79 for two queen beds and pull out sleeper. And the BBQ place The Pig Stand at that exit was outstanding as well!

Ok thanks. 2 of our are local government employees and we can get that discount in SC, because we work in SC. I'm not sure about other states.

DH is a local govt employee as well here in our hometown (firefighter) and all we had to do was ask about the govt rate. The guy that checked us in didn't ask for any id or anything.
