How do the rating of 10s for crowds during spring break compare to the same rating for Christmas time. Are the crowds the same?

Personally, I wouldn't find a lot of difference between "Most Crowded" and "Extremely Crowded".

Well, Easter week versus Christmas week is about the same, but Christmas week is actually MUCH busier than your normal 9 or 10 rating. That rating is their estimate of wait times for rides, not crowd size. Disney has a bigger staff on hand during Christmas and runs extra things so they can move more people. Christmas crowds are shoulder to shoulder.
