Solar cell phone chargers?

I think I remember reading someone's post about these a while back but I've searched and can't find it. Does anyone have a solar cell phone charger for an iPhone? If so, what kind & how do you like it. I thought about getting one for an upcoming trip but I don't know anything about them. Thanks :mickey:
