12-15 miles, depending on where in Irivne you start. I lived in Irvine for 7 years. Best 7 years of my life...I miss it SO much. :(

But, yay Kari! You're going to love Irivne, and Disneyland is VERY close! Where is the conference, exactly? If you need any tips on anything related to being in the area, just PM me! I can give you some good restaurant recommendations. :thumbsup:

I haven't gotten all of the details yet, but right now there is an 80% chance that I will get to go. It's not until March and my company doesn't like to make these kind of decisions too soon, which makes it hard to plan. I'm excited, though... I love CA!

Natalie, when it gets a little closer I'll have to PM you... it can be kind of intimidating to pick restaurants and things when you're not familiar with an area. It must be hard for you to be so far away now.
