Transportation to and from DLR

I am going to be in Anaheim for a conference at the end of October and plan to spend Nov 3-6 at DLR. Here is my question, what is the best way to get to and from a DLR Good Neighbor Hotel from John Wayne/Orange County airport?

We took the Disneyland bus (can't think of the exact name) when we went in June. It picked us up at John Wayne and took us to our good neighbor hotel. Same thing for the return trip. It was very easy to use. There's one bus that makes the rounds to all of the hotels, including the Disney owned ones so it takes a bit of time, but not terrible.
