I see on the website this starts at 7pm can anyone tell me if you can get in the park before 7pm???

Previous years you could but who known til the first party. If you have a park ticket you can get in at park opening but if you only have the party ticket technically it is 7pm. Last year they let you in at 4pm but as said ,check with the first nite party.

We were able go enter the park at 4pm without using a day on our park hopper. I received the information from the cast member when I ordered our MVMCP tickets and then we double checked upon check in to our resort.

Typically, Disney allows entry into the park on your party ticket around 4 p.m. For the last year or two, there were rumours that Disney would enforce the 7 p.m. entry time but that has not happened.
