Pin Code Question

I know this was discussed before, but I just want to make sure. If I want to find out if there is a pin code attached to my name, do I just call the main reservations number for Disney World Resort and ask the person on the other end whether or not there is a pin code attached to my name?

You can do that, yes, but as of late many CMs won't tell you. I'm not sure if that's an official policy switch or just lack of knowledge by the CM, but it's pretty common to be turned down on that lately. Be sure to post what happens if you try.

I did that this year in March and got $400 more off of my booked trip. I just called and asked and the CM gave me the code for my travel agent to apply.
