Just curious (again) about the best thing to do with our reservations. I've never eaten here, but I've always wanted to. Can you see the fireworks from all the tables?

I've read about being able to see Illuminations from the restaurant, just curious if you haven't been seated yet, and are waiting to be seated, could you see the fireworks?

Also, if you finish dinner at TD and head out to the terrace area, is that reserved? Or can anyone stand there. Is it usually crowded?

You can really only see from a few tables, the window tables. Even from there, the view is obstructed with the occasional tree. It's not the best place to try to see Illuminations if seeing Illuminations is your priority. If it's an added unexpected perk over dinner, great, but I wouldn't make plans to watch from there and expect to have a view. There are not a lot of window tables, and you can't see from the waiting area.
