My DD(7) wants to do this when we go in 28 more days....my question is: Do I need to make a reservation for her? If so, can that be done online or do I need to call?
We bought her a Cinderella dress at the Disney store to wear for dinner at the castle. She doesnt know we are doing that and won't until it is time to go. Can I purchase the package without the dress and take the one we already have?

Yes, you need a reservation. I didn't see any walk ins, I don't know if they take them, but even if they do you would be waiting a long time. Everytime I have been in there they have been crowded.

I called to make a reservation, but you can probably make one on line also.

Yes, you can bring your own dress. We have.
We did end up buying the purse there because it was so cute and not too expensive.
