Crowds 8/2-8/7 vs. President's Day w/e in 2012

Just wonder if anyone knows if crowds will be worse Tue, 8/2-Sun, 8/7/11 or on President's Day weekend in 2012. Never been in summer and never been over a holiday weekend. Usually travel in Sept or early Dec.

I'm not 100% sure, but my guess is about the same. President's Day might be a little more crowded, but August is hotter.

I'd pick early August over Presidents' Day weekend. We've been a couple of times over the holiday weekend (for trips to Daytona 500). It was almost impossible to walk from one end of Fantasyland to the other. August is hot and humid but less crowded. We were there at the beginning of August last year and had no problems accomplishing what we wanted to do - some lines were longer than others but juidcious use of fast pass was quite helpful.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure what to expect since we've only been in the off-season before. Now to decide!
