The Walk from Kidani to Jambo

Can anyone tell me how long of a walk it is from Kidani to Jambo?

We went to the AKL last summer to view the animals at night and did the walk and I can tell you it is about 10-15 minutes. The bus between the two seemed to take longer than to walk it but if it is hot I would wait for the bus.

You can minimize the outside time by going down to the last elevator (might be Rafiki) and then heading over. We did it in the July heat and no complaints.

It's also good way to avoid the smoking area that's one of the worst located areas in all of Disney World. You can approach the bus stop from the other side and avoid the smell.

It is a 10 minute walk at a fast clip.

It is a 15 minute stroll.

I've done it both ways.

not sure if it is still available, but we stayed @ Jambo May '10 and they had a electric cart which could carry 5-6 adults; we just asked the valet and in a couple of minutes the cart arrived. :D
