tried to reserve a standard room in caribbean beach for 1st week in Dec., but none are available (none in coronado springs either). this is considered "slow" week...any idea what gives?:mickey:

Well, first off, no week in December is "slow" anymore. But, if you did it through the Disney website they have been having some issues with their inventory not showing up properly on the website. I would suggest you contact Magical Journeys and I bet they can get a room for you.

December has been getting increasingly busy over the years. Plus, the first week of December is generally when Pop Warner is in town. They take up a chunk of rooms in the value resorts and even spill over into the moderates.

I would give Magical Journeys a try. Last December I booked through MJ and had a standard room at CBR. I was upgraded to a perferred room location upon check in. I went the first week in December.

thanks for the suggestions. i tried Magical Jouneys first, and they didnt know what was going on either.
