We are going to do DTD T-Rex for lunch. We planned to park at DTD in the am then take a bus to MK for 3 or so hours then grab lunch at T-Rex and go back to our hotel. Is this going to be a problem? We are annual pass holders so parking is not an issue as far as paying. Will they tow our car for being there to long?

There are no busses from DTD to MK, that's your only problem...

Sorry. There are no busses to/from any of the parks from DTD. Transferring at a resort is possible, but it could take a long time since it requires two bus rides and a wait in between. And it goes against Disney policy of not providing parking at DTD for theme park visits.

It sounds like you're trying to make things complicated.

Keep it simple, park at the MK when you're at the MK and then drive over to DTD for the time you're at DTD.

Even for those who have to pay for parking, it is what the rule is, and it really is the quickest and easiest thing to do.

You would waste too much time. It takes forever to get a bus from DTD and then you have to wait for an MK bus from where ever you end up. Takes about 20-30 minutes to park, ride the tram then the fairy or monorail to MK. Besides, the tram and monorail are much cooler than a bus! :mickey:

Yes, this is a problem.

Parking at DTD is for guests who are enjoying DTD. If you're over at the MK, your car needs to be in the MK parking lot. Any other ideas or suggestions are against Disney policy, and ways "around the rules" aren't permitted discussion items here on intercot.

There isn't an easy way between DTD and the parks because Disney isn't offering parking at DTD and then going to a park as an option.

We were only going for a few hours and I know there aren't buses but thought it might be easier to go to a resort then a bus. We cancelled the ressie. Parking at MK usually takes forever to go back and forth. The ferry or monorail aren't time savers by any means. I wasn't trying to "get around" the rules just asking a question. But thanks for the reminder.
