La Hacienda at 8:45?

What are the odds of being seated in time for Illuminations if I get an 8:45 ADR?

I know people who are already there will probably take their time to keep their seat even if they're already done their meal.
Anyone have any experience with a late ADR like this?

Also is there a good view from all the tables or only some?

The last ADR at La Hacienda is 8:35. And you should be seated in time for Illuminations. We had an 8:15 ADR, and were seated withing 5 minutes of that time.

I was surprised by the number of people who actually left before Illuminations started and even during the show. By the time Illuminations concluded, the place was 3/4 empty. We were not rushed as we finished our dessert and drinks :marg:.

We were there. A bit close.
As Fangorn said, people left just before?!
View was great. A waiter said the view was good from 85% of tables. It looked true.
We got lucky and a late wishes was visible from our table before we left! It was not our favorite place, but it was fun.
