Grand Floridian Building

Can anyone tell me if they think their is a specific building at the GF that I should try and request. Are their really much differences between them? We are staying in a Garden View.

You have some choices with the buildings and it pretty much comes down to location and view options.

Sago Cay

close to the marina
close to fast food options and main building
shortcut path to the bus stop
furthest from the beach and pools
you can request marina side for your view
not much foot traffic by this building


Conch Key

by the marina
close to the boat dock
furthest from the main building
furthest from the monorail and bus stop


Boca Chica

close to the courtyard pool
convenient to the theme pool & beach
good central location
a few garden rooms can overlook another building


Big Pine Key

close to both pools
close to the beach
close to the main building & transportation
a few garden rooms can overlook another building


Even the furthest room from the main building is only a few minutes at a leisurely pace. Unless it's pouring out, it's usually a nice walk around the resort.
