Baggage Fees

Is Southwest the ONLY airline that does NOT charge for the 1st checked bag? I have been checking out Southwest and Delta for a trip in July and wondered if there were any other airlines that don't charge.

JetBlue does not charge for the first checked bag, but does charge for any additional bags. Southwest allows two free bags per passenger.
