Luggage Problems

I don't know if it's an airline problem or a Magical Express problem, but my DH traveled home from WDW on Tuesday via Airtran. He did Resort Checkin at POFQ through Magical Express. I was attending a training seminar in Orlando all week and flew home today, same situation. His luggage did not make it with his flight and arrived on Thursday. While we were waiting on my luggage to come out today we figured that the odds of mine not showing up were pretty slim, but lo and behold, no luggage for me either. Airtran only flies to my airport on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, so I may have to wait until Tuesday for my luggage. Not too happy about it! After a 9 day trip, I have lots of dirty clothes in that suitcase!

Just an FYI, the Resort Check-In feature is not the same thing as DME. Two different systems. So, that would be an airline/airport issue, not a Disney issue in terms of your luggage being lost. Sorry you had to deal with that though!
