How do you book your ADR's online if you used Magical Journeys? I was just on the Disney website and our reservation can not be found. I never used the online service before but I would like to this time. Thanks :mickey:

You do them the same way, the numbers we give you are the actual Disney numbers. We do not generate our own.

Are your travel dates within the 180 days?

Online Reservations begin at 6 am EST daily at:
http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/restaurants/

Disney is case sensitive as well.

Hi Nanci!! I booked with Kathy but I think her service is out because of the storms can I call someone else with a question?

I think Chip and Dale have been playing with the reservation systems, because they have been working off and on. For the last few days the system isn't always pulling up reservations. You can try going to:

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/restaurants/

From here you can choose a restaurant you want to book. You can even associate it to packages. Just make sure to use caps for the letters in your reservation number. Disney's reservation system is case sensitive.

If this doesn't work either, I would either try calling or give it a couple of hours and try again. I tested it several times and half the time it worked and half the time it didn't

I had a similar problem last week--when I logged in it said there weren't any dining ressies associated with my userID. I almost threw a hissy fit, but instead I opened the WDW website in a new window and tried again. It worked that time. I printed everything from that site (even though I still have all the emails)...just in case. It does seem to be a bit wonky this week.
