Can the Disney Visa Reward Points be used on the Disney Dream? Also, do they have a place where you can load your points onto your card since you can't use your cell phone for the most part?

I used reward points on the cruise. I loaded them onto the card before I boarded and the last afternoon, I went to guest services and had them apply the cash value to my folio.

It was very easy.
