last day of f&w festival

For this trip we arrive early afternoon of the last day. Since it will be the last day will late afternoon be very crowded? Will everything still be there or will it be winding down? It is a Sunday if that helps... thanks for your thoughts on -this.

We got back on Thursday and some things were already gone (like the floating flowers in the lagoon). I don't think this draws as big a crowd as the Food & Wine festival.
