Any Luck w/ Priceline?

Hi, we have a week long vacation booked @ the Beach Club, however we have decided to come down a day early and want to book at a random place perhaps just for a night and maybe go to Downtown Disney , etc. Has anyone ever had luck thru Priceline with the 'Name Your Own Price?' Is it possible to do this with Disney? Thanks 4 any advice!!

P.S. One of our very favorite hotels is Port Orleans Riverside, so we are thinking along those lines for a night as well......:mickey:

After further looking, it appears that the Name Your Own Price may not be available within the Disney Resort....so if this is correct....What Disney hotel would you recommend for a 1-night stay with a mid-afternoon arrival? There is no availability within our price range left at the Beach Club for this particular night, so we couldn't add on....Thx!

Disney DOES NOT participate in the Name Your Own Price program, so there's not a chance.

I've heard that Swan/Dolphin MAY, but bidding with Name Your Own Price could put you almost anywhere around WDW. Used to be you could bid on 4 star hotels in Lake Buena Vista and be sure you would get Swan/Dolphin if you won, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.
