What time is last ADR before park closing?

Typically, how long before the official park closing time will they book an ADR? For example, if Epcot closes at 9pm what time is the latest ADR they will typically make for that restaurant? Is it 9pm or only, say, until 8pm?

Most restaurants in a park will take ADRs right up to park closing or slightly beyond (if your ADR is for closing but they don't seat you right away). You can eat while people are leaving, then leave the park once it's all empty. If you're dining late and worried about transportation, there's usually an option, even if it comes down to grabbing a cab from a park entrance or nearby resort. We were at Bistro de Paris still finishing up about two hours after park closing, and we walked out through the International Gateway to the Beach Club and caught a cab from there.
