POR Refurb

We're trying to decide where to stay for our next trip in March and are thinking either POR or POFQ. We've been to both and looked around and like the POR resort a little better. However, the new rooms at POFQ look great and I've heard that the POR rooms are getting outdated and and the beds are getting uncomfortable. So, does anyone know if POR is supposed to be getting a refurb any time soon? Especially the Magnolia Bend area. Alligator Bayou just isn't my cup of tea.

The POR refurb should be starting in a few weeks. Rumors say that the first building to be worked on will be in Magnolia Bend (possibly Parterre Place?)
