Ticket question help

Friend asked for info and I said I would ask my intercot friends for help. Family is staying off property, will spend 3 days in parks and one day at water park. What would you all suggest is best option for ticket purchase?

Looks like a three day base ticket at $239 plus a separate waterpark ticket at $50 with the park hopper as an additional option.
