We will be going to Le Cellier again on this trip but I have a question about the prix fixe dinner menu. Can you order this if you are using the basic dining plan since it includes an app? My oldest is looking forward to ordering this because he can get the cheddar cheese soup with it.

They did allow it on dining plan in 2008, I'm assuming they still do....

I was able to get it on the basic ddp in october 2010. Do they still have it since it upgraded to a 2TS??

I was able to get it on the basic ddp in october 2010. Do they still have it since it upgraded to a 2TS?? They have updated the new lunch & dinner menus since the change took place, and they have the Prix Fixe menus posted for both lunch & dinner.

We were there 3 weeks ago and went to Le Cellier twice for lunch on the DDP. One day I had the price fixe meal for lunch and one day DH did. We just shared the soup. Please keep in mind the filet is not on the price fixe meal and the desserts were limited. Since DH and I like to order different meals and share this was not an issue for us. I will say the sorbet is the easiest dessert to finish when you are stuffed. The Chocolate Mousse and the Chocolate Whiskey cake are hard to eat when you are full. Have a great trip!

1) The prix fixe is still at lunch.
2) I am not aware of it at dinner.
3) I even checked the WDW website.

thanks for all the responds. Does anyone know if you can order the cheddar cheese soup as an entree? That is one of the only things on the menu that my 12 year likes and I hate eating there for dinner (we couldn't get a ressie for lunch) and using two credits each(there are 5 of us) if he can't order the soup!!! Any suggestions?

i'm curious, but what is that? The Prix Fixe? It is a special on the menu (or a special menu itself) which usually allows you to have an appetizer, an entree and dessert for one set price instead of ala carte. There are usually no substitutions allowed, and the entree offers may not be the "top of the top" such as LeCellier's Mushroom Filet.
