Are all good neighbor hotels in downtown Disney apart of the Extra Magic Hours? If not which ones are?

None of them are part of extra magic hours. Only Walt Disney Hotels participate in these!

The Hilton Hotel in DTD did participate in Extra Magic hours in Dec. 2010 :old::knit:when we were there. WE will be at a conference there again in August and the hotel states they still participate. :party:

How would I find out for sure if a downtown disney hotel or good neighbor has the EMH?

Call the hotel directly.

It looks like the Hilton is the only one that offers extra magic hours for its guests. I'd contact the hotel directly to confirm it.
