Replacing framed shower seals

Anyone ever replaced the water seals on a framed glass shower enclosure? I really do not want to spend $1000 to replace an otherwise good enclosure.

I've taken it apart and the glass and frame are in good shape but all the rubber seals are bad. Any idea where I could get these? (local big box stores don't carry them)

If you can identify the manufacturer, I'd start with the manufacturer's website and calling them if you can't find anything on the website. You could also check local plumbing suppliers/wholesalers.
