If we just want to eat sushi at Cal. Grill's sushi bar, do we need to make reservations or walk up?

Based on a few Guest reports, it appears that walk-up's for the bar are accepted based on availability.

Making a reservation would likely be the only way of guaranteeing a meal at the restaurant.
