After our trip Halloween week this year we have to rent a car & drive to Marco Island for a wedding. Would it be easier/cheaper to rent a car from the car care center on WDW property or go back to MCO & rent a car from there with the car only going one way leaving it at Ft Meyer Airport.

My experience is that renting onsite is slightly cheaper than MCO, but everything with car rental prices is variable.

I would go on their website (National and Alamo are at WDW, unlimited at MCO) and check out which works best.
