Luau Cove

Looking to plan my 7 yr old daughters b-day dinner- Luau show at Polynesian. Did other 7 yr olds out there enjoy it? Is it worth the money?

We went when my kids were 2 and 9 and they enjoyed it. But not so much that they have asked to go again (like they did with hoop-dee-doo). The food was average, and the show was entertaining enough, but not as nice as it used to be "back in the day." The thing that they enjoyed the most was the chance to dance (during the birthday dance) and the fire dancer. other than that, they enjoyed it, but I doubt we will go again.

If you DO go, be sure to use bug spray. While the show area was fine, we got eaten in the waiting area.

I have an 8 year old and a 5 year old who have been to the Luau several times. They love it and ask to go back every time! They call the birthday guests on stage and do a special song and hula. I would recommend it.
