Rock Star bday party-for 8 yr old girl, suggestons?

I am planning a house party for my DD's 8th bday. She wants a rock star diva theme. Any suggestions on games, crafts, decor, etc? I will need all the help I can keeping ten 8 yr olds busy for 2 hours. I was thinking of telling guests to dress in their best "rocker style".

I like the idea of having them dress up. You could do a name that tune game, have them do karaoke, guitar hero, or rock band. I saw rock star diva party stuff at a online store. Hope she has a happy birthday.

You could also do a "red capret" style entrace to the party with paparazi snapping pictures.

Have them design their own CD cover art.
