This will be my first trip with the dining plan. Can I use my sit down table credits (or whatever they're called.) for character meals? If so, how do I go about doing that when I'm making my ADR's? Also, if I don't want to make ADR's for every day of my trip, can I use the table credits to grab something to eat in the parks? Thanks for all of your help!! :mickey:

Yes you can use the dining plan for character meals. They will ask you if you are on the plan when making reservations. I have no answer for your other question, I always use my table service.

If you use the online dining reservations (http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/dining/), and click on the Character Meals tab, you can then click on each one and then 'View Dining Plan Information' for how many Table Service credits you need to use per person.

For example, you need 1 Table Service at Chef Mickey's or 2 for Cinderella's Royal Table (unless you are on the Premium dining plan).

There are many TS restaurants in the parks, and my recommendation is that you make ADRs for them as well. You can always cancel the reservation if you change your plans. Check out infocentral (http://intercot.com/infocentral/dining/mywdiningplan.asp)at Intercot for TS/QS/Snack locations.

Yes you can, and you don't have to do anything. Just be aware that some meals use 2 credits. And I'm not sure about using TS for CS, but I highly recommend making ADR's. You can always cancel.

You can use TC for Counter service. We did this last year once. We were on deluxe and at one point we canceled a reservation to Le Cellier because we weren't hungry and later grabed counter service instead.
