just recieved letter from POP saying they found an item in the room we were staying in and if we could describe it they would send it to us is this normal?

I am not sure, but if you have no idea, you might was well guess big.

Maybe a diamond ring, or a bar of goal. How about $1000 in cash? Who knows, you might guess correct. ;)

Yes, that's what happened to me. A few years back I left my curling iron in the room. I realized I had left if behind, wasn't really worried about it because it was old and I had a spare one at home. A few days after we returned home, I got a post card in the mail stating I had left something behind, if I could identify it they would send it to me. I called, they sent it to me, free of charge.

Yes, it has happened to us as well. Disney sent
it to us right away. Disney is so good about
checking the rooms and letting people know if
there was something left behind. :mickey:
