Do wheelchair bound guests get to the front of lines in the parks?

I had to get a wheelchair for part of my last visit and some rides have a separate line but others you go through same line and just transfer when you get to the front...I actually do not recall getting to go to the front of the line on anything but I only had the chair for a couple of days toward the end of my visit.

Most of the attraction queue lines are mainstreamed for wheelchairs and ECV's (scooters) so that the regular line can be used. As MississippiDisneyFreak said some rides have separate wheelchair access. I think it is mainly at the Magic Kingdom. I would go to Guest Relations and they have guide maps with the handicapped accessible areas, and where to enter. They also have it when you rent a wheelchair or scooter.
