Do wheelchair bound guests get to the front of the lines?

Don't count on it.
DW and I are both scooter users. On many attractions we go through the regular line, but are shuttled to an alternate entrance when we get close.

Just want to :ditto: Pete's comments. My DS had to use an ECV on our last trip. No where did we just go to the front of the line. A couple of times we went in different lines, but you don't get to skip waiting if that's what you're asking.

Sometimes the wait can be even longer for mobility impaired guests as not all attractions have open seating for disabled. Jungle Cruise is one that comes to mind as not every boat stops at the handicap section of the loading dock.
