What is the difference between a christening cruise verses maiden voyage:mickey:

The Christening Cruise is usually a short 2-3 night cruise prior to the maiden Voyage Cruise. It is by invitation only and is when they actually christen the ship with the champagne and all that. It is an actual ceremony.

Maiden Voyage is the first "real" cruise with paying passengers.
