Are any of the POP pools open 24 hours? If they are I want to make sure I don't stay near them.
Thanks!:mickey:

Yes they are open 24 hours and people swim at all hours of the night! I have seen people swimming at 2 or 3 in the morning.

Pool hours are from 8am - Midnight with lifeguards on duty from 10am-10pm (quiet hours are from 10pm-Midnight).

That must be an old picture, sign now says 24 hours, as stated above.

DS and I swam at 6 AM twice last month, but we didn't yell and scream.

Yep, I've been in the main pool at 2-3am...although quietly...and we weren't the only ones. I find a quick dip before bed relaxes both the mind and FEET...
That said, once we had a preferred room on the third floor facing that pool, and kids were yelling and screaming well past midnight...

So now I make sure that we Don't face the pool...once the CM was surprised that I refused a first floor room steps from the pool..i said are you crazy? Give it to someone with kids...I don't need the noise or the people walking past my door all night...it was the corner room by the elevator...

The pools are open 24 hours, which may be a curse and a blessing. You get to swim whenever you want, but you might hear some pool activity when you don't want to. But in our experience, if you face away from the pool, you are not bothered by the noise. This seems to be true across the board at Disney resorts.

They're 24 hours. The lifeguards were leaving at 8pm when we were there after Thanksgiving.

a few years ago we were told they close at 11pm... but we went at all hours and had no problems...
just be careful.

Thanks for all of the quick replies:)
That's for all 3 pools, or just the main pool?
Thanks again:thumbsup:
