Wine add on

I called to add the wine option to our dining plan. When booking, I remember seeing it as an option, but when I called, the CM told me that I couldn't add it to our registrartion. She gave me no explanation other than "it wasn't letting her.". A friend of mine who has been several times told me to call again and try someone else, but before I wasted my time, I thought I would ask if anyone knew anything about this? It isn't as if our dining plan was free or discounted, so I am not sure why I couldnt pay to add the option.

The Wine and Dine add on can be added to the following dining packages:
- Magic Your Way Package Plus Dining
- Magic Your Way Package Plus Deluxe Dining
- Magic Your Way Premium Package
- Magic Your Way Platinum Package

I would definitely call again and if you don't get satisfaction or an answer better than "the system won't let me," ask to speak to a manager.

I will try again. We have the magic your way plus dining, so they should have let me. Strange....

Sounds like an incompetent cast member to me. If she couldn't help you, she should have directed you, not told you to call back. Wish you luck.
