Possible ADRs for Oct Honeymoon

I am really excited about planning the food for this trip. In the past I've gone with very picky eaters and never got to try the food at the food & wine festival either. So I am looking at some new places. This is my DBF's first trip, so he is leaving a lot of the planning up to me. We both love to eat so this is an important part of our trip. He is a very big eater and we both like trying new food but are not fancy people or really go for fancy restaurants normally. So here is what I am thinking:
Kouzzina--we watch food network a lot!
'Ohanas*
Mama Melrose for Fantasmic
Biergarten (his request)
Whispering Canyon Cafe*--we both love BBQ
Akerhaus* for lunch (his request)
Boma
Narcossees* (my favorite)
Kona Cafe*

I would switch out Mama Melrose for Via Napoli.

Mama's is a bit kitschy, to me, and Via Napoli is hands down, the best Italian food I have ever had. Why go to the Americanized version when you are so close to the real thing?
