Belle and Beast as well as Gaston were at the start line.
Gus Gobbleman, Sparky Sparks, and Philmore Buckets from Hollywood Public Works were at the EPCOT "boneyard"

Aladdin, Jasmine, and Abu at Morocco
Cinderella at France
Alice and Mad Hatter at UK

Did anyone see anyone else rotate in or out???
