Does each person in your party have to have a TIW card? What is the discount amount?

No! Only the person paying the bill needs a TIW card. The card is good for up to 10 persons in your party. But the TIW cardholder has to pay the whole bill, you can't split it up. It's a great deal, IMO. The discount is 20%. There is an automatic 18% gratuity added. Since I normally add a 20% tip, 18% doesn't bother me.

Thanks for the tip! I'll try a TIW card this year. The Dining Plan is just too expensive for me.

There are a few counter services where it is accepted but most do not accept it. It is, however, good at most lounges in addition to table service restaurants.
