CA Grill on Dining Plan

I know it is worth 2 TS points, I am just wondering if it includes Appetizer too, with the entree and dessert?

I ate at CA Grill on the dining plan in 2009... I don't think appetizers are included, but dessert is... I highly recommend California Grill...

Appetizer is included if you have the Deluxe Dining Plan. Regular Dining Plan the appetizer is out of pocket.
